It's hard to write this because I really had high hopes for my visit. I went in to get an N-95 mask fit test, hoping it would all go smoothly, especially since it's something I need for work. Unfortunately, it felt like I was part of a comedy of errors. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and frankly, incompetent. After my session, I ended up leaving without the documentation I needed, which was a big letdown. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but in a setting that deals with health and safety, I would expect a bit more attention and responsiveness. Here’s hoping they sharpen their skills because the place has potential, but I walked out frustrated and in need of a new plan for my employer.
