I truly enjoyed my experience at the urgent care center in Beverly, Chicago. 👌 The staff is super professional and made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. Privacy was a big concern, and they addressed it really well! I’ve been there a few times now, and each time they’ve provided excellent treatment, whether it was for respiratory issues or just a routine physical exam. It’s a reliable spot if you ever find yourself in need of quick care without the wait! Highly recommend it for anyone in the area! 😊

I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and sweet the staff were during my visit. They made the experience much more comfortable, especially considering I was there for some pain assessment and treatment. However, I felt a bit disappointed with the doctor’s interaction. While I received a brace and medication for the swelling, I wished the assessment could have been more thorough. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, but there's definitely room for improvement in the doctor-patient communication.
