When I first tried to schedule an appointment, I had high hopes. I needed some lab work done that seemed crucial for my job, so I thought I’d found the perfect place. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite. I arrived at my scheduled time, only to be met with blank stares and a staff that seemed completely uninformed about my appointment. It was a frustrating situation that could have been avoided with better communication. I’d definitely recommend improving how they manage appointment statuses, because as it stands, I left feeling more stressed than I entered. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
