To my surprise, I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced at Wellness Spa Katy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, and the staff was super friendly. I was looking for stress relief, and wow, they delivered! The therapist worked wonders on my tension spots, and I literally felt like I was floating afterward. My only suggestion would be to start with some aromatherapy; it would have made the experience even more immersive. Overall, I left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to go back!

The massage therapist was incredibly attentive and really knew how to work out all the knots I didn’t even know I had. The friendly vibe of the staff made the whole experience even better. I have to say, I was really looking forward to a relaxing couples massage here in Katy, but it didn’t turn out quite as expected. The atmosphere was lovely, but my experience fell flat. The masseuses seemed a bit uninformed and didn't really check in with us about our pressure preferences, which was disappointing. I felt like I was just a checkbox on their list rather than being cared for. It would really make a difference if they confirmed qualifications and pressure preferences upfront and during the massage. Fingers crossed for a better experience next time!
