I recently had a blood work review consultation in Austin, hoping to get quick and clear insight into my health. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match my expectations. While I received the results in less than a week, the process felt a bit disjointed. I found the staff to be unresponsive at times, which added to my frustration. It would have been great to have a more seamless connection to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. Overall, I appreciate the expertise available there, but I think there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness.
