I'll never forget my experience at Water4Dogs when I took my senior dog in for a veterinary appointment. I was hoping for some compassionate care, especially because my pup has mobility issues. Unfortunately, the staff seemed somewhat unprofessional and curt. I felt rushed and didn’t get the warmth I was looking for during such a fragile time. While I can appreciate that everyone has off days, the chaos in the environment made it tough for me to feel like my dog's needs were a priority. I really think they could improve by training their staff to be more engaged and empathetic. For future visits, I’d love to see a more organized approach, especially since I rely on this facility to help my furry friend recover.

To say I’m impressed would be an understatement! After bringing my fur baby in for hydrotherapy sessions, I've noticed such significant improvements in her mobility and joint comfort. John, the practitioner, is nothing short of incredible—enthusiastic, compassionate, and super knowledgeable about all things dog rehab. We’ve been doing weekly sessions, and not only does my pup happily jump into the water, but she also seems more playful and energetic outside of therapy! The whole experience has been positive from start to finish. I’m so grateful for what they do, transforming my dog’s health and well-being, one swim at a time!
