When I first booked my massage, I was really looking forward to unwinding and feeling relaxed. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite hit the mark. The appointment scheduling felt chaotic, and I ended up waiting much longer than expected. When I finally got in, the staff interaction was a bit unprofessional, which only added to my frustration.
