When I first decided to pick up a prescription, I was hoping for a straightforward experience. Unfortunately, my visit was far from seamless. The accessibility of the pharmacy was a bit tricky, and once I got there, the lack of friendly service really put a damper on the whole experience. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I ended up waiting longer than expected because the staff seemed preoccupied, and communication about their lunch hours could have been clearer. It would be great if they could improve their availability and create a more welcoming atmosphere for patrons. I know it's just a pharmacy, but a little kindness goes a long way. I appreciate the need for staff breaks, but better communication would certainly help. I occasionally visit for my medication needs, and it would be nice to see some improvements in service for future visits.
