After hearing good things about the services in Excelsior, I decided to stop by for COVID testing. Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, the staff didn’t seem to be aware of the testing services they advertised. I even had to ask multiple times for details, but they were just unhelpful and gave vague responses. It felt like the staff wasn't trained or informed, which is pretty disappointing. I want to support local businesses but ensuring accurate information about their services is key. I hope they can improve this in the future.
