I was pleasantly surprised by how close this pharmacy is to my place, making those occasional medication pickups super easy. The first time I visited, Blanca was there, and she was quite cordial, which lightened the mood. But I have to admit, my experience has been a bit hit or miss since then. There have been times when I felt like I needed a bit more assistance with the process, and it just wasn’t there. I think some staff could really benefit from more training in customer service because, let’s be honest, a friendly face makes a world of difference when you're there feeling under the weather. Overall, it’s a convenient spot with potential. Just hoping they step it up when it comes to consistent service!

I wasn’t expecting to have such a frustrating experience during my visit for a medication refill. I’ve been coming here occasionally, mainly because it’s convenient and in my neighborhood, but the last visit left me feeling pretty let down. I arrived hoping for a quick pick-up, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and communication was lacking. I stood in line for what felt like forever, and when I finally got to the counter, my prescription wasn’t ready despite getting a text saying it would be. The staff didn’t seem very interested in helping either, which made it even more disappointing. It would really be great if they could improve their communication and perhaps find a way to reduce the wait times—it’s tough when you can see that others are just as frustrated. I’d want to keep supporting local spots, but it’s hard when experiences like this stand out.
