The moment I walked in for my Covid shot, I really hoped for a smooth experience. While I eventually got my Moderna vaccine, I have to say the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not particularly knowledgeable, which added to my frustration. I understand everyone is trying their best, especially with the influx of patients these days, but a little more training for the newbies would go a long way. It’s a crucial service, and I want to feel confident about it. Overall, it was good to get vaccinated, but the experience could definitely use some improvement.
