I didn’t expect my experience to be so frustrating. I went in to purchase a locked item, but no one seemed to care or respond to my request for help. It took forever to get someone's attention, and by the time I did, the item was out of stock. Definitely need to work on staff responsiveness. Not impressed!

What drew me to this place was their convenient print services, but honestly, I walked away feeling super frustrated. I ordered some prints and ended up waiting way longer than expected, only to be told they couldn't find my order. 😡 The staff seemed really unhelpful and didn’t give me much guidance on what to do next. I think some extra training on their print service procedures would really improve things. I’ve used this service occasionally before but after this experience, I might have to think twice about coming back.
