While I waited for my prescription at the pharmacy in Fort Hamilton, I couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed. I had switched to this location hoping for a more personal touch than what I experienced at the larger chains, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The staff seemed sullen and at times even a bit rude, making the atmosphere feel less than welcoming. I couldn't find some of the medications I needed, which only added to my frustration. It's a shame because I really wanted to love this place for convenience. They could definitely improve by having better staff training and ensuring that their stock is up to date. Having access to medications without hassle is key, and I just didn’t get that here.
