Since my visit, I've felt a bit let down by the experience. I went in hopeful for some serious tension relief, but it just didn't hit the mark. The massage itself was okay, but it felt rushed, and the communication with the therapist was off. I tried to explain where I felt the most tightness, but the focus seemed to shift away from my needs. It was also a bit surprising how unprofessional the staff were at times; it felt more like a casual setting than a dedicated spa. I think there’s potential here, but they really need to listen to their clients better and pay closer attention to detail. Overall, I walked out still feeling tense and disappointed, which is definitely not what I was hoping for.
