I must say, my visit to Viva Brazil was a bit of a letdown. I was really looking forward to their acclaimed Brazilian wax, but the whole experience was overshadowed by the staff's rude behavior. I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. Margarita and Leslie seemed more focused on finishing up than providing a welcoming environment. I expected more for the price I paid. I think they could benefit from a little customer service training and perhaps consider lowering their prices to match the experience. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for this place.
