I was really looking forward to my visit at Village Medical in Pearland, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling pretty anxious. I had some billing issues that seemed to drag on forever. It felt like no one was really listening to my concerns, which just added to my frustration. I think they could really improve their communication about billing and make it easier to resolve issues. 🙁 I love the idea of having a wellness visit, but if the billing process is this stressful, I’m not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon.

I was blown away by the level of care I received during my visit! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Wang-Gor and the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I had been struggling with some chronic issues, and they took the time to really listen to me and address my concerns. The medical care was top-notch—don’t get me wrong, but I do wish scheduling appointments was a bit easier. Overall, I left feeling really confident in my health and grateful for such a caring team! ❤️

When I first tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wang-Gor in Pearland, I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a bit of a letdown. First, I received a last-minute cancellation without any follow-up options or clear communication on what to do next. I ended up feeling a little abandoned, and with chronic conditions like mine, clear communication is super important! 😔 I think they really need to improve their follow-up and communication processes. I hope they can get it sorted out because I really wanted to love this place.
