After spending time at this place in the Afton Oaks area, I have mixed feelings about my consultation with Dr. Lu. Although I appreciated that I received more time than I initially expected, the overall experience felt a bit rushed. The staff were accommodating, but there was a palpable sense of stress in the air, which didn’t help my own anxiety about the visit. I think it would really benefit them to prioritize longer appointment times for patients to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Overall, it was a decent visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to making patients feel less rushed.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles, easing any nerves I had. Dr. Flores was efficient and took the time to listen to my concerns, which I really appreciated. Everything from the scheduling to the actual consultation felt timely and organized. I left feeling empowered about my health journey, and I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for attentive and friendly care!

It’s rare that I come across a medical office that feels both welcoming and a bit chaotic at the same time, but that's how I felt at Village Medical. My recent visit for a routine check-up was mostly positive thanks to the doctor, who took the time to listen and answered all my questions thoroughly. However, I did experience some frustration with the front desk staff. While one young female team member was particularly nice and helpful, the overall attitude from others seemed a bit dismissive. A bit more responsiveness and friendliness from the front end staff would really elevate the experience here. I appreciate the convenience of same-day appointments and the option for virtual visits, but a more cohesive team could really enhance the flow of the clinic.
