However, my experience was anything but smooth. The communication was frustratingly unclear from the start, and at times, I felt like I was just another number. I understand that these places can get busy, but some professionalism would have gone a long way. When I asked questions about my treatment options, I was met with vague answers that left me feeling even more confused. It’s such a shame because the idea of having primary care that comes to you is fantastic, but they seem to be missing the mark on actually delivering a solid experience. I really wanted to be impressed, but I left feeling disappointed instead. With a few tweaks in their approach to communication and perhaps a bit more emphasis on patient care, this place could truly shine.
