Village Medical

I have to say, I’ve been going to Village Medical in Spring Branch Central for a while now, and my experience has been quite positive overall. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly professional and attentive. I’ve visited for a few chronic condition management appointments and felt that the care team genuinely cares about your health journey. They take the time to explain your treatment options and provide advice on lifestyle changes, which I’ve found very helpful. That said, I would love to see a little improvement in communication. Sometimes it feels frustrating to go through a call center rather than speaking directly with the clinic staff. Just a minor adjustment could enhance the experience even more. But as far as my health is concerned, I appreciate knowing I can get flexible appointments, including same-day ones when urgency hits. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my annual check-up, expecting a warm welcome and some genuine conversation. Instead, I found myself feeling a bit lost in the shuffle. The staff was efficient, but I couldn't shake the sense that I was just another appointment on a busy schedule. Sure, the health check-up was thorough and everything was covered under my insurance, but the experience felt impersonal. I left without that reassuring feeling you hope to have after a visit to the doctor. I would love to see a little more focus on making patients feel like they matter, perhaps by improving communication and creating a warmer environment. After all, health is personal and so should be the care we receive!

I’ve always loved how welcoming everyone is at this clinic in Spring Branch Central. My experience with Dr. Khan was just fantastic. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. After my doctor's appointment, I felt optimistic about my road to recovery. The staff was super friendly, which made the visit more pleasant. Plus, the flexible appointment hours are a lifesaver for someone with a busy schedule like mine. Overall, I can genuinely say I’m feeling better and on the right track!
