After spending time at this family practice for a lab test, I had mixed feelings. On one hand, I was grateful for the same-day appointment, which is not something you find everywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease during my visit. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed when it came to the communication around my lab results. I was hoping for a clearer timeline on when I could expect to hear back. I think if they could improve in this area, it would really enhance the overall experience. I do appreciate their services and will likely return when I need to, but I'm hoping for better communication next time.
