What impressed me was the staff's professionalism, but that didn't quite make up for my experience. I visited for an ear cleaning, hoping to maintain my ear health, but the process left me in considerable discomfort. The nurse seemed a bit aggressive during the cleaning, and I ended up feeling pain and dizziness afterward. I've had this procedure done before with no issues, so this was disappointing. I really think they could improve by being more attentive to the patient's comfort, especially since ear cleaning can be a sensitive procedure. I'd love to come back if they could adjust their approach to be gentler.

I walked in with high hopes for effective asthma treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. I was met with a lack of communication and some frustrating delays in the authorization process, which made managing my symptoms a real challenge. Despite my occasional visits, I felt almost invisible in the system. It seemed like no one was really listening to my concerns. I think improvements in how they handle communication would make a huge difference, as I left feeling more frustrated than relieved. I truly wanted to find a reliable solution for my asthma, but I'm not so sure I'll return.

Crystal Bradley, my nurse practitioner, greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that I knew I was in good hands. The caring treatment I received during my clinic visit was exactly what I needed to kickstart my health improvement journey. Crystal took the time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made the whole experience feel personal. If you’re in Houston and looking for a supportive team that truly cares, I can't recommend Village Medical enough!
