I’ve been going to my local primary care provider for a while now, and while they offer a range of services that cover many health needs, I've often found myself frustrated with the long wait times. As someone who occasionally needs medical attention, the delays have become a real annoyance. It's also worth mentioning that on a few occasions, I felt the staff could use a bit more empathy. It seems like they're busy juggling multiple patients, which can leave one feeling a bit sidelined. Despite these challenges, when I do get in, the care provided is generally solid, so it's a mixed bag for me.

After visiting, I was really hopeful about the care I would receive from Dr. Karen Stewart. She is attentive and clearly knowledgeable, which is a huge plus when navigating health concerns. However, I left feeling a bit frustrated with the overall experience due to some communication hiccups. At times, it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed, leading to slower response times and a lack of follow-through on certain matters. I think this clinic has a lot of potential, but they could really benefit from improving staff communication and accountability. I appreciate the competency of Dr. Stewart, and with a few tweaks in how the clinic is run, it could be an excellent option for primary care.

I was really hoping for a smooth experience when I went in for a consultation the other day. Unfortunately, it felt like I was stuck waiting forever. The wait times were just too long, which only added to my frustration. When I finally got to see the doctor, I felt a bit rushed and the interaction wasn’t as professional as I had hoped. I guess I expected more support and understanding, especially since I was feeling pretty anxious about my health. I do appreciate that they offer a variety of services for chronic disease management, but the overall experience made me hesitate about returning anytime soon.
