I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism during my recent visit for blood testing in Oak Cliff. While the facility itself was clean and welcoming, my experience with the phlebotomist, Lucy, left much to be desired. It’s frustrating when you're already in a vulnerable position needing medical help, and then you encounter such poor service. I think there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service skills, especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and understanding are key.
