Vicky and Jenny were super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They really paid attention to detail, which made all the difference. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with such warmth that it instantly put me at ease. 😊 I opted for the Milk & Honey Pedicure, and let me tell you, my feet felt like they were enjoying a spa day of their own! The gentle scrubs and soothing treatments left me relaxed, and the warm neck wrap was the cherry on top! Every detail was carefully attended to, making the overall experience wonderfully indulgent. From the start, I was optimistic about my dip manicure experience. I occasionally treat myself to some nail care, and I was looking forward to a fresh look. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations. My technician, though friendly, seemed to lack the necessary expertise. I noticed inaccuracies in the application and when I raised my concerns, the response felt dismissive. I also overheard others in the salon expressing similar sentiments about their treatment. It's disappointing because I've seen the potential here, and I think they could really shine with some extra training for their staff. I left feeling deflated, and I believe a little more investment in their team could truly elevate the experience for everyone. I might give it another shot in the future, but only if I hear they’ve made improvements.
