What I loved about my visit to Viaggio Medical Massage & Wellness Center was the welcoming atmosphere. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed as my massage was shorter than expected, and it didn’t fully cover my body like I hoped. I’m all about relaxation, and I wish I had gotten the full experience! I also felt some confusion around the billing which could be communicated better. I think with a few adjustments in service duration and clearer communication, it could really be a top-notch experience.
