I opted for the TRE sculpting massage alongside RF therapy, and let me tell you, I walked out feeling like a new person. Mil, the practitioner, was incredibly attentive and really seemed to understand what my body needed. The environment was calming and the staff's friendliness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re battling stress or just want to treat yourself, I can't recommend this place enough. It's become my little escape in the hustle of NYC!

When I first booked a deep tissue massage, I was looking forward to some serious stress relief. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite live up to my expectations. The massage itself felt rushed, and the pressure wasn't there—I was hoping for a deep release but ended up feeling a bit underwhelmed. Additionally, I had a little trouble communicating with the masseuse due to a language barrier, which made it difficult to express what I needed. I think it's crucial for staff to fully understand the services they offer, especially for something as personal as a massage. While the atmosphere was nice, I left feeling disappointed and in need of better care. I might give it another shot in the future when I'm ready to try something else, but this one just didn't hit the mark for me.

Vanessa was so friendly and made sure to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. It’s great to find a place that tailors treatments to individual needs.
