There’s no place in Dallas quite like UT Southwestern Medical Center, but my recent experience left a bit to be desired. While the facilities seem top-notch and the medical services cover all the bases, I found myself feeling somewhat disappointed by the front desk staff. A warm greeting can go a long way, and unfortunately, the interactions I had were more on the cold side. Also, clarity about my prescriptions would’ve been helpful; I left with a few questions that weren’t addressed. That said, the medical care seemed solid, and I'm hoping my next visit will be more welcoming!

It’s hard to express how disappointed I was with my experience. I went in for surgery hoping to find a compassionate doctor who could help, especially after being declined assistance elsewhere. Unfortunately, I found the staff interactions to be unprofessional, which added to my frustration. While I was eventually assigned to Dr. Philbert, whose approach was somewhat better, it felt like more could have been done to make me feel supported during my time at the facility here in Dallas. I had high hopes, but I left feeling let down by the overall experience.
