What impressed me the most was the calming atmosphere as soon as I stepped inside. I was there for a massage, and Jeffrey was my therapist. He immediately made me feel at ease with his friendly demeanor, which helped me unwind from the daily stress. The hot stone massage was simply heavenly; each stroke melted away my tension, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and satisfied. It's been a while since I've felt this good! I definitely plan to return when I need another stress relief session.

I walked in feeling hopeful for a relaxing escape, especially since it was a special pre-birthday treat for myself. The atmosphere looked perfect, the calming scents wafting through the air had me ready to unwind completely. However, my experience was somewhat marred by noise from outside—there were continual distractions that made it hard to fully let go and enjoy my hot stone massage. The therapist, whose skills were undoubtedly high caliber, worked diligently to help me relax, but the interruptions really took a toll. I felt a bit disappointed, especially because I had been looking forward to this. On the flip side, the staff was very apologetic about the noise and expressed genuine concern about my experience. I appreciate that kind of customer service, but I think they could enhance the overall experience by finding ways to manage outside noise or perhaps offering some sort of compensation for those who don’t get the full spa-like experience. It’s worth a visit, but I hope for a quieter time on my next occasion.
