There's no place quite like it when you’re in need of some serious stress relief! I dropped in for a massage and immediately felt the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, making sure I was comfortable and understood what I needed. I opted for a traditional Thai massage, which was nothing short of amazing. The therapist really worked out those tension knots I didn’t even know I had! By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated and floating on air. Honestly, I could have stayed there forever! The only thing I would consider for improvement is some cookies or a light snack on the way out—just to keep that blissful feeling going a little longer. All in all, I can’t recommend it enough!

I was really looking forward to my Deep Tissue Massage at Unknot Thai Massage & Wellness Spa in El Paso, especially after a long week. The environment is lovely, really inviting with calming scents and soothing music. Unfortunately, I had some scheduling issues. When I arrived, my appointment got canceled, and I felt pretty disappointed. It would be great if they could improve their scheduling practices to avoid this kind of inconvenience for customers. On the bright side, the staff seemed interested in helping me reschedule and were knowledgeable about their services. I hope to return and have a better experience next time!
