University Of The Incarnate Word

When I took a trip to the University of the Incarnate Word for an eye exam, I had mixed feelings about the experience. The doctors were genuinely knowledgeable and provided some great insights into my vision issues. You could tell they cared about the quality of care they were offering. However, I found the administrative staff to be a bit less organized, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. There were moments when communication seemed to falter, making the whole experience feel a bit disjointed. Overall, the medical side of things was solid, but a little more clarity from the front desk would go a long way!

I was looking for some eye care solutions for my daughter and decided to try vision therapy after hearing good things. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The appointment started off fine, but I felt like there was a lack of communication throughout the process. I was a bit frustrated when I received a recommendation for visual therapy instead of the glasses I was hoping for. It felt rushed, and I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem as professional as I would have liked. Overall, while the services offered are great, I think they really need to work on their communication and service speed to improve the experience for families like mine.
