I truly enjoyed the opportunity to prioritize my health by scheduling a mammogram. However, my experience was far from ideal. The location of the clinic had recently changed, and I was not given any heads-up about it, which made finding the new place a hassle. When I finally arrived, the staff seemed overwhelmed and, unfortunately, a bit rude. I expected at least a friendly interaction, especially when dealing with such an important health screening. Brianna, who conducted the procedure, did her job effectively, but her demeanor left much to be desired. It's essential to feel comfortable and supported during these appointments, but I felt brushed off instead. I really hope they can improve their communication about location changes and foster a more welcoming atmosphere among their staff in the future.

I ran into an issue with a prepayment error that led to a confusing and drawn-out refund process. The staff I interacted with felt unhelpful, and I felt like I was stuck in a loop trying to resolve the issue. It would be great if they could improve their communication regarding payments and streamline the refund process. While I'm all for health screenings, I can't say this experience left me feeling positive.
