At first, I was hopeful about getting care for my child's condition, but I was left feeling incredibly frustrated after our visit to this facility in the Inner West Side of San Antonio. The wait time was way too long, and when we finally got in, it seemed like the staff just rushed through everything without really listening to our concerns. I felt like we didn’t get the proper attention or care we desperately needed. It was disappointing, especially when you're worried about your child's health. I sincerely hope they improve their patient care and reduce the wait times. This experience was far from what I had expected.

I was really looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, I completely missed it—and honestly, I felt awful about it. I've had a few medical visits here before, but this time, it just felt like things were disorganized. I tried calling to reschedule, but the communication was frustratingly unclear, and the staff didn’t seem very professional. I understand that things can get busy, but I wish there was more honesty in the scheduling process. I really need this care, especially as someone who only goes in occasionally. I hope they can work on improving their scheduling and communication; it would make a huge difference for those of us who are trying to stay on top of our health! 😔
