I recently visited the endocrinology clinic in the Inner West Side of San Antonio to help manage my diabetes and was started on Ozembic and the Dexicom monitoring system. While I found the N.P. I saw quite knowledgeable, my experience was a bit frustrating. The communication from the ancillary staff was lacking and at times, they seemed rude or unhelpful, which didn’t make the emotional rollercoaster of managing a health condition any easier. I'd recommend some training for the front-end staff to improve their interaction skills. I hope my next visit will be smoother because I really want to get my health on track! 🤞

Since my visit for curbside prescription pickup, I felt quite disappointed with the overall experience. It was inconvenient, and I really struggled to get any assistance. The staff members I dealt with, Dora and Anthony, were unfriendly and didn’t seem to care much about making the process smoother. A little courtesy and perhaps an apology would have gone a long way in improving my experience. It's just unfortunate because I had higher expectations based on past visits.
