When I called to schedule an appointment for my kids, I was hopeful about the service. Unfortunately, I found the phone response quite disappointing. It felt like I was waiting a long time for someone to actually assist me, and the lack of interaction made the experience frustrating. I really want to believe in the care options available, especially since they offer so many services for children’s health. A bit more responsiveness on the phone would go a long way in making parents like me feel more at ease.

I’ve been trying to get a sick appointment with my PCP, and honestly, it’s been super frustrating. I called hoping for a same-day slot, but it seems like new patients just can’t catch a break. The staff was nice on the phone, but it didn’t help much when I needed to see someone. It would really make a difference if they could improve their appointment availability, especially for new patients like me. Health issues can pop up out of nowhere, and waiting a few days just isn’t ideal. Hoping things change soon! 🤞
