I couldn’t believe how disappointing my experience was during my recent visit. I went in for a medical consultation, really hoping to get to the bottom of what was making me feel unwell. After some tests, I was told I had a parasitic infection, which was certainly unsettling. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left much to be desired. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, making me feel more like a number than a patient. I was expecting a more caring approach, especially when discussing health concerns. Overall, while I ultimately got a diagnosis, the lack of support and compassion made the experience quite frustrating. I left feeling more uneasy about my health rather than reassured. I can't say I would recommend this place based on how my visit went.

Elizabeth Zanone was recommended, but the interaction felt a bit off, as the staff seemed a bit rude. While I did notice some improvement in my condition, the experience could have been much better. I wanted to feel cared for and understood, but instead, I felt brushed off. I hope they can work on their customer service because the treatment has potential.
