I’d highly recommend finding a different place for neurology care. From the start, my experience at UnityPoint Health was frustrating. I was seeking a medical diagnosis and follow-up care, but the communication from the staff was less than helpful. I felt ignored and unimportant, which only added to my frustration. It seemed like my concerns were being brushed aside, and there was a lack of clarity after my visits. I truly expected better, especially being someone who has occasionally needed neurological support. If they could improve their communication and really engage with patients, it could make a significant difference. Until then, I know I’ll be looking elsewhere for my neurological needs.

I can honestly say that my experience with UnityPoint Health's cardiology team was incredibly uplifting. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for, which isn’t something I always expect when seeking medical attention. The staff on floor 11 was knowledgeable and attentive, making sure to address all my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. Their commitment to patient care truly restored my faith in healthcare. Thanks to their exceptional treatment, I’m on the path to better health and feeling more optimistic than ever!

From the moment I set foot in this place in Madison for a consultation, I was hoping for a smooth experience, but that wasn’t the case. 😞 The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication was not their strong suit.
