I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at UndergrounD Fitness & Self Defense in Jacksonville! 🥋 I recently participated in a karate belt testing, and it was an incredible journey of personal growth. Master Ben LaMasters and Master Chris Williams were super encouraging and patient throughout the process, making sure I felt confident in my skills. They really know how to motivate you while keeping the atmosphere light and fun! Not only did I learn more about martial arts, but I also found a new level of discipline and confidence that I didn't know I had. The sense of community here is just incredible, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to dive into martial arts or improve their self-defense skills. ❤️

Master Lemasters and Master Williams have such a welcoming demeanor; they really know how to engage everyone, from my kids to us adults.
