I didn’t expect to feel so welcomed and cared for during my recent visit to the clinic in Long Island City. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable even though I was feeling under the weather. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the right medication and treatment plan to help me get back on my feet. It’s comforting to know that there's a place nearby where you can receive such comprehensive medical care with a personal touch. I left feeling hopeful and much better than when I arrived!

I’d highly recommend this place if you need a quick COVID test, but my experience left much to be desired. I went in for a non-COVID related issue, and while the COVID testing was swift and efficient, I couldn’t shake the feeling of disappointment from the interaction with the staff. It felt a bit disrespectful at times, which overshadowed the positives. Dr. Expletive-Deleted was competent, but the overall vibe made the visit less pleasant than I anticipated. If you're just looking for a test, you might find what you need here, but for anything else, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

To say I’m impressed would be an understatement! The urgent care service in Long Island City is top-notch. I walked in feeling unwell, and the staff greeted me with such friendliness that I immediately felt a weight lift off my shoulders. They were quick to assess my situation and provided the care I needed with great efficiency. It’s not often you come across medical professionals who genuinely seem to care about your well-being. I left feeling much better, and I can’t thank them enough for their fantastic service!
