The selection was absolutely impressive, with a variety of notes and brands that made it hard to choose just one. The associates were super friendly and genuinely helpful, guiding me through different scents and sharing insights about the best choices for my preferences. Their enthusiasm was contagious, which made the whole experience feel special. I ended up leaving with two incredible fragrances that I can't stop wearing. I’ve been to Ulta Beauty a few times for salon services, and while I’ve had some good experiences, there have been moments that left me feeling a bit frustrated. For instance, the last time I went, I noticed a pretty significant change in prices that I hadn't been informed about. I think it would really help if they provided a clear price list and notified customers in advance about price adjustments. It’s just a small thing, but transparency can go a long way in making clients feel comfortable. The staff, particularly M Jay, was helpful but seemed a bit rushed that day. I guess I was hoping for a smoother, more encouraging interaction. Overall, I still appreciate the range of services they offer, but I would love to see some improvements in their communication.
