While I was excited to pick up my order, I have to say my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Some of the employees were super helpful and friendly, which made the process easier! 🙌 However, there were moments when I felt like I was waiting a bit longer than needed. The service speed could definitely use some improvement, and a little more consistency in how staff interact with customers would go a long way. Overall, it’s convenient for beauty pickups, but could be better!

I’ve always loved going to Ulta Beauty for my hair services, but my last visit was a bit of a letdown. 😕 The staff was super friendly, which is always a plus, but I found the service to be a little inefficient this time around. I ended up receiving a full refund after they couldn’t get my hairstyle right, which was disappointing since I had high hopes. A little more attention to detail and efficiency would really elevate their game. I’ll still be back for my eyebrow services and skin care products, though!
