I wasn’t expecting my visit to turn out this way. I took my son for a routine check-up, but the staff interaction left a lot to be desired. Gabriela seemed rushed and lacked the patience we really hoped to see in a children's hospital setting. It’s crucial that staff show a bit more sympathy, especially when dealing with kids who are already anxious about their visit. While I appreciate the importance of efficiency, a little warmth goes a long way in making this place feel welcoming. I'm hopeful that they can work on this and improve future visits.

I have to say, my experience with the ICU units was incredibly disappointing. The care my child needed was crucial, yet the staff seemed overwhelmed and not at all attentive. I encountered rudeness that I never expected in such a sensitive environment. Communication was lacking, and it felt like no one really cared about my child's well-being. It's tough to see your little one suffering, and all you want is proper care. I sincerely hope they work on their training and approach to families because no one should have to deal with that when they’re already in distress. Long-term disability wasn't something I ever anticipated we’d have to worry about after a hospital stay. Please, for the love of all parents going through tough times, improve the experience for families. 💔

It's truly the best experience I’ve had in a hospital environment! They understood our needs and made sure we felt supported every step of the way.
