I didn’t expect to walk out with not only a fresh haircut but also some great quality gossip from my visit! Jeff and Steve were fantastic—super friendly and really made me feel at ease. It was like catching up with old friends while getting my hair styled. The vibe in the place is just so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for more than just a trim!

After my first experience, I was feeling a bit let down. I’d gone in with dreams of a stunning balayage, but the appointment felt a bit rushed, and while the stylist was friendly, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was just another number on the roster. Fast forward to my visit to another salon, and I found what I was truly looking for! The satisfaction with the final result was such a relief—it illuminated my hair in ways I hadn’t anticipated! The stylist, Maru, took her time, blending the colors beautifully, and it felt like she genuinely cared about what I wanted. If anything, I wish that first salon had put a little more effort into customer care during my appointment. But, I learned that sometimes a little hunt can lead to the perfect match. It’s all about finding practitioners who take pride in their work!

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall vibe of the space, but my experience took a wrong turn due to some really unprofessional behavior from a staff member. It started off nicely enough, but then I overheard comments that made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. I usually go to places that value customer care, and this just didn’t feel right. I really think they need to address some employee conduct, as it really dampened my experience. I walked out feeling angry instead of refreshed, which is not what you want after spending time at a spa.
