I was really hoping for a seamless experience when I needed a filling. To be honest, my previous dental visits were a bit frustrating. The procedure itself went fine—my teeth stopped hurting, which is obviously the main goal! But the staff seemed a bit inconsistent in their communication. I had to ask multiple times about my insurance coverage, which added to my stress. I think they could benefit from being more upfront about costs and what my insurance would cover. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely a few areas for improvement. Would I go back? Maybe, but I’m not in a rush. 😕
