I was really looking forward to setting up a family practice appointment, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Every time I tried to call, I was met with unfriendly responses from the staff at the front desk, almost like I was bothering them. It's disappointing because I didn't expect such a negative interaction when I just wanted to make an appointment. Honestly, it feels like there’s a lack of work ethic among the team. They really need to hire people who are willing to engage positively with patients. I left feeling defeated and with my health needs still unmet.

After just a couple of visits to Tower Health, I left feeling pretty disappointed. The front desk staff were less than friendly, and you could tell they were overwhelmed, which didn’t help the overall experience. I'd suggest better training and maybe more staff during peak times. I like their health services, but appointment availability can be a bit tricky, so I hope they improve that soon.
