Tower Blendz

Since my visit to Tower Blendz, I’m feeling a bit conflicted. I stopped by hoping for a nourishing detox drink to kick off my wellness journey, but the experience didn’t quite match my expectations. The juice I ordered—an enticing mix of orange juice, pineapple, and a hint of ginger—was exactly what I was craving, but the fulfillment process was a bit rocky. The staff, while busy, seemed a bit overwhelmed, and unfortunately, I experienced a lack of warmth in their interactions. It felt like I was bothering them rather than being welcomed as a valued customer. This was disappointing because I’ve heard great things about the detox programs and ginger shots! I believe Tower Blendz has a fantastic concept, but it could really shine with some improvements in customer service to match the quality of the drinks they serve. I still want to give this place another shot because I think they can really do better, especially with such a vibrant menu.

I decided to try their green detox smoothie, which was a delicious blend of orange juice, spinach, and green apple. It made me feel like I was doing my body a favor! I also indulged in some avocado toast that was perfectly ripe and absolutely delicious. To wash it down, I sipped on their sleep aid tea, which had such a calming effect. The ambiance was bright and cheerful, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—seriously, they felt like friends from the start. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop in my quest for healthier eating. Highly recommend!

It would be nice if they could put the price on the container where it's easy to see. Honestly, a complimentary water station would go a long way to elevate the vibe, especially for those of us trying to stay hydrated while enjoying the detox options. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, but I think there's room for improvement in making the overall experience flow better. Here’s hoping my next visit will feel more seamless!
