I had no idea how much of a difference a good pediatric consultation could make until I visited Touchstone Health Services in Deer Valley. Dr. Hines was incredibly warm and patient, taking her time with my son who can be a bit difficult at times. She truly understood his needs and provided thoughtful care that made both of us feel comfortable. The entire experience was so positive, and I left feeling grateful for the support we received. If you're in the Phoenix area and looking for compassionate care for your kids, I can’t recommend them enough!

I can honestly say my experience with the consultation for my son's specific needs in Phoenix was incredibly positive. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right from the start. They really took the time to understand our concerns and outlined a plan that felt tailored just for my son. I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable the doctor was regarding Autism services and behavioral interventions. The only downside was that the software they use for scheduling had a bit of a learning curve, but that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things! Overall, I left feeling hopeful and equipped with the right tools to support my son.
