Initially, I had high hopes for getting my daughter's glasses here in Tierrasanta. The staff was friendly and the eye exam process was smooth, which is always a plus. However, the waiting time for her glasses felt like an eternity! I totally get that customizing lenses can take some time, but it's a bit frustrating when you're eager to see your kiddo finally wearing them. If they could speed up that delivery part, it would be a more seamless experience. Overall, not bad, but a little more timeliness would go a long way!
