My first impression of Total Point Urgent Care in Dallas wasn't quite what I hoped for. I went in after accidentally breaking my finger during a game (let's just say the ball had other ideas). The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that they offered quick service, but when it came to the actual care, I found myself a bit disappointed. They diagnosed the break promptly, which was great, but the splint they provided felt awkward and ill-fitting. It left me uncomfortable the whole way home. I think they could really improve by ensuring the splints are better tailored to fit their patients. So, while I appreciated the speed of service, I'm not sure I'd rush back if I ever find myself in another urgent situation.
