I was blown away by my initial visit to Total Medical Care LLC, but unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration. I went in looking for a referral for physical therapy, and while the place had an inviting atmosphere, the staff I interacted with didn’t quite live up to that vibe. Their communication felt a bit off, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I wasn't being treated as a priority. I believe communication is key in any healthcare setting, and I think they could improve significantly in that area. With a little more professionalism and clarity in their processes, I truly think this place could provide great care. For now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my physical therapy needs.

When I first walked into the urgent care center in Glendale, I was hoping for a smooth experience given my need for immediate medical attention. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I really believe they should re-evaluate this policy to avoid making patients jump through extra hoops when all they need is a quick, straightforward visit for medical help.
