Without hesitation, I have to share my recent experience, and it was far from what I had hoped for. I was looking for a solid consultation regarding some skin issues I've been dealing with, but honestly, I walked out feeling more confused than when I arrived. The staff seemed unprofessional and disorganized, which added to my frustration. I was expecting at least clear communication, but instead, I faced misunderstandings and a lack of guidance. I think they need to seriously improve their communication and staff training. It's such a shame because I really wanted this to work out for me, but it felt more like a hassle than help.

Once I finally decided to visit, I had such high hopes, but honestly, it felt like a letdown 😞. The staff seemed clueless and disorganized from the get-go. I had questions about the treatments available and their benefits, but instead of answers, I got a lot of shrugging and blank stares. I really wanted to understand how their acne treatments worked and if they could actually benefit me, but the lack of communication was super frustrating. I felt like I was just another number rather than a client they genuinely wanted to help. I wish they’d invest a bit more in staff training and communication. It would definitely make a huge difference! You want to walk in feeling reassured, not wondering if anyone really knows what they’re doing. I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. 😔

Dr. Gilbert took the time to listen to my skin care concerns and offered thoughtful, detailed advice tailored just for me. Each appointment felt like a true partnership in my skin health journey. There’s something reassuring about knowing that I can count on attentive care and thorough follow-ups. Even though I see them occasionally, I always leave feeling like my skin is in expert hands. Highly recommend!
